Truce Technologies, LLC was founded and is managed by mediators and arbitrators.  Truce™ uses technology to help ADR professionals succeed in marketing and managing their businesses.

Truce™ grew out of the experiences of mediators who saw the need to better run their mediation businesses so they could focus on what is important - mediating and resolving disputes. The Truce™ MIMS program is designed to take on the role of administrative assistant, book-keeper and office manager for mediators and arbitrators.

Truce™ developed and refined the MIMS program based on the real-world business needs of actual mediators and arbitrators. MIMS has a proven track record of managing mediation businesses and improving the bottom-line for mediators.  Truce is an application service provider (ASP).  Users subscribe to MIMS on an annual basis and have unlimited usage during the subscription period.

Truce™ also identified the need to mediators and arbitrators to have a professional public face and the opportunity to market their services.  Thus, Truce developed the idea of providing ADR professionals with a custom website with all the necessary information to promote their services including the ability for website visitors to review their schedule and request a specific mediation date and time.  If a mediator or arbitrator already has a website, Truce™ can add the dynamic calendar/scheduling page to the website.
