14. GENERATING DOCUMENTS IN DOCUMENT GENERATOR

Once you are in the Document Generator, you then can select the document or document packet you want to create.  Please remember that you can run the same document or document packet for multiple cases at the same time.  For example, if you have three cases listed in the 'Selected Mediations" window and you select "Attorney Fax Cover Sheet", when you press "Generate," The Document Generator will create Attorney Fax Cover Sheets for all three cases at once.

Note: A Document Packet is a set of different types of documents that can be created at once.  For example, the Initial Mediation Packet consists of (Attorney Fax Cover Sheet, Confirmation Letters, Notice of Mediation, Blank Invoice, Mediator Fax Cover Sheet, a Mediator's Report and a Sample Settlement Agreement.)
