15. ACCESSING UPCOMING MEDIATIONS

The documents in MIMS range from Cover Letters to Settlement Agreements. MIMS has more than 10 document options for you and your mediation business. You can use the template documents provided with MIMS or we can add your own customized template documents to MIMS to reflect the documents that you utilize for your mediation business.

To generate the documents, click on your desired document or document set and then click the Generate button. When you do so, the screen below appears. You have the option of saving the documents onto your hard drive or simply opening the documents directly from the file source. The selected document(s) will be saved or opened on your system accordingly. If you need to clear the list of selected mediations, click Clear List to remove the pending cases identified in the document generator.
