28. MEDIATOR DISBURSMENTS SCREEN

The screens below gives another example of setting the Report Criteria by establishing the dates covered for the disbursement period (through the use of a visual calendar).  In the examples below, the report shows that Jane Concord will receive $700 in disbursements on the Disbursement Date of January 19, 2005, for mediations conducted from November 1, 2004, through November 30, 2004.  By selecting All (for a mediation firm) or the name of the mediator (i.e. Jane Corcord below), you will be able to send an automatic e-mail to the mediator recipient(s) which contains a report reflecting the amount of disbursement for that time period and the identity of the cases for which payments were received and therefore are being disbursed.
