8. SCHEDULING A MEDIATION

At this stage in the process, do not enter any information for Travel, Preparation or Mediation Time . This information usually is not entered until the completion of the mediation. Fill out the location of the Mediation from the drop down menu.   This drop down menu lists the mediator’s office, the primary office for your mediation firm and the offices of each of the attorneys associated with the mediation. Select the correct location from the drop down menu or add new information (if the location of the mediation is a site other than those that appear in the drop down menu) and then click on the Save button.  Once this step is completed, the information about the mediation is automatically added to the mediator’s calendar as a scheduled mediation.

Once you have entered all the necessary information, the screen should now have the mediation appearing on your screen. See the screen below:
