Disbursements
MIMS is designed for use by individual mediators who run their own businesses and by mediation firms who may have numerous mediators on staff. MIMS stores all mediation fee, billing and payment information for regular disbursement. The disbursement reports are send to mediators by e-mail and allow each mediator to review exactly what occurred during the disbursement period. Mediators can even access individual mediation records by clicking on the specific mediations in the MIMS disbursement reports. MIMS can identify and classify payments that have been disbursed to individual mediators and those that are awaiting disbursement.
