1. How quickly can I get started?
You may start using the MIMS as soon as you have signed
up as a paying subscriber and your MIMS account is activated.
Your custom website can be operational within five business
days of Truce™ receiving the completed website questionnaire
and any pictures or logos.
2. How much customization
is required?
None. Your MIMS account is ready to go when
you sign-up. As a MIMS subscriber, you can use the
initial template documents provided or you can choose to
customize the documents to suit your particular needs.
Truce™ can modify or create many types of documents
for use as MIMS document templates. MIMS captures over a
hundred different pieces of information for use in documents.
Truce™ charges a reasonable hourly rate for document
customization.
3. Is there a limit on the number of mediators?
No, but subscription rates are based on the number of MIMS users. See our pricing information on this website for more detailed information. Prospective subscribers with more than 10 users
should contact our sales department to discuss special pricing
and options (sales@trucetech.com).
4. What is my user ID for logging into MIMS?
Your user I.D. is your e-mail address as you entered it into MIMS when you subscribed or as you have changed it in MIMS. |
