Truce™ offers a custom website or a webpage with a calendar that is linked to MIMS for all subscribers.   All MIMS subscribers can now present real time calendars online and allow visitors to both see a mediator's availability and request a specific mediation date and time without leaving the website.

Scheduling
MIMS takes the labor-intensive and time-consuming task of scheduling mediations and arbitrations and makes scheduling simple, reliable and fast.  MIMS has an online calendar function that allows anyone to view a mediator's availability and to actually send a mediation request online.

Document Generation
A unique and central feature of MIMS is that all the documents necessary in scheduling and conducting a mediation are literally a few keystrokes away.  The MIMS Document Generator creates mediation documents including the Notice of Mediation, Attorney Confirmation Letters, Attorney Fax Cover Sheets, Invoice, Mediator's Report, Sample Settlement Agreement and others in seconds.  You then can print, save or modify the documents.  If you need to re-create the documents, it takes only seconds.

MIMS Reports
MIMS can produce reports that will help a mediator evaluate his/her performance.  Reports include average length of mediations, average mediation fees, and average collections.

MIMS Calendar

MIMS subscribers have the powerful tool of a website or webpage that has a built-in MIMS calendar.  To see the MIMS calendar on a sample website, click on the following link - MIMS Calendar.  A viewer can check your availability for a mediation or arbitration and can request a specific mediation date and time by a simple click of the button.  To see the Mediation Request, please click on the following link - Mediation Request Form. 

The MIMS calendar is integrated into MIMS so the website/webpage calendar is automatically updated when a mediation is entered.  Also, a MIMS subscriber can designate any other dates and times as "available" or "unavailable" using MIMS and those designations automatically appear on the MIMS calendar.

Communications
MIMS enables mediation firms to communicate with its mediators and administrators by broadcast or individual e-mail.

Billing
MIMS users enter mediation hours for specific mediations. MIMS then creates mediation invoices incorporating all necessary information including payments, administrative fees, and mediator rates.

Disbursements
MIMS is designed for use by individual mediators who run their own businesses and by mediation firms who may have numerous mediators on staff. MIMS stores all mediation fee, billing and payment information for regular disbursement.

Searches
Information entered and stored in MIMS can be easily found by MIMS users. MIMS has advanced search capabilities that include sort and retrieval by case name, by specific date, by time period (month, quarter, year, etc.), by payment status, by mediator, or by any word or phrase.

Information Storage
MIMS can store thousands and thousands of mediation records all with instant, on-demand access by MIMS users.  Data entered and stored by a subscriber belongs to that subscriber.  For a nominal charge, Truce™ will export a subscriber's data and provide it to the subscriber.  Truce™ also can import data into a subscriber's MIMS account if the data meets certain requirements.  The data import is an optional service offered by Truce™ and is charged on an hourly rate.

Security
MIMS is designed with security as its highest priority. MIMS is maintained on a dedicated, secure Truce server.
