Information Storage
MIMS can store thousands and thousands of mediation records all with instant, on-demand access by MIMS users. For example, MIMS users can store thousands of attorney contacts in MIMS and retrieve those contacts by law firm of by individual attorney. MIMS stores all relevant mediation-related information including case style (parties), attorneys, date, time, location, hours, rates, administrative fees, payment amounts and dates, case number and court.

MIMS also can store important document files for mediations. These files are kept within the mediation summary record (under a separate files tab) for easy access and use. Another tab allows MIMS users to enter notes in a mediation summary to record an important information not otherwise captured such as special needs of a litigant or attorney or to memorialize a telephone conversation.
