Examples of useful website pages are:

"Home" Page

The Home Page allows a visitor to have an overview of your mediation firm and your contact information.  The Home Page is the visitor's first impression of you and your business.

"Services" Page

The Services page describes the ADR services provided by your firm.  You may want to discuss the types of services (i.e., mediation, arbitration, etc.) and the costs and other requirements for your services.

"Profile" Page

The Profile page gives a visitor a complete and accurate summary of your professional history and any other personal information you wish to provide.

"Calendar/Scheduling" Page

The calendar is a key element of your Mediator Tool Kit and allows a visitor to review your calendar online and actually request a specific mediation date and time without leaving the website.  The calendar page is linked to your MIMS account and is automatically updated when a mediation is added to MIMS or a subscriber desngiates a date as unavailable.

"Contact Us" Page

Provides a visitor the opportunity to contact you by e-mail.

"News/Announcements" Page

Describes any recent activities or announcements you want to communicate such as training courses, awards or recent conferences.

"Survey" Page

You can ask the visitor to respond to a question and tally the responses.

"Directions" Page

Allows viewers to obtain a map and directions to your office.
